By using the Asoda app or website, users accept all terms stated here. Anyone who disagrees must stop using the service.

Asoda is designed for listing and searching real estate for sale, rent, or mortgage in Afghanistan. Users are responsible for any transaction they make.

All listings on Asoda are submitted by users. Users are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and legitimacy of their content. Asoda may remove any listing that violates rules.

Users may NOT: Post fake or misleading listings, use Asoda for illegal purposes, attempt hacking or unauthorized access, or publish offensive or unlawful content.

Asoda only connects users and is not legally responsible for the quality, ownership, price, or accuracy of any property.

Asoda may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated version.

All branding, design, and code of Asoda belong to the development team and cannot be used without permission.
